We want you to love your handmade piece. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Return Shipping Fees

Domestic Orders (U.S.)
  • A flat $8 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International Orders
  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear, odors, or hair

  • Items damaged but not reported within 30 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

For approved cases:

  • Domestic orders will receive a prepaid return label

  • We will provide replacement instructions or a resolution

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
