Yes. Every rock, shell, and creation is individually handcrafted and decorated by the owner. No two pieces are ever the same, making each item a one‑of‑a‑kind gift.
🎁 Do you take custom orders?
At this time, custom or personalized orders are not available. Each piece is created uniquely and cannot be replicated. If custom options become available in the future, we will share updates on our website.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day return window from the date your order is delivered. Returns must be approved before being sent back. To request a return, email support@jesusrocksandshellcreations.com with your order number and reason for return.
📬 Who pays for return shipping?
- A flat $8 return shipping & handling fee is deducted from approved domestic refunds.
- International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
🚫 What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items with odors, hair, or signs of wear
- Damaged items not reported within 30 days
🛠️ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email support@jesusrocksandshellcreations.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. For approved cases, we will send a prepaid return label (domestic orders only) or provide replacement instructions.
